Blackbird Roofing Company Team

We hired Team Blackbird a couple of years ago. While their price was a bit higher than some other ests we got we went with them and are glad we did. They were friendly and professional and clean. We had a good experience with this company.

Blackbird roofing installed new roof Oct 2013, initially all looked good, but this winter we noticed a wet ceiling in the TV room close to fire place -related to melting snow on the roof. Another big leaking from the ceiling in April 2014 after heavy rain -called Blackbird Co. they came back 3 days later and said -they fixed caulking around the chimney. Had another major leaking after heavy rain in May -by now the ceiling has lot of water damage. Called Blackbird to come back -they said someone will come -but nobody showed up. We had to hire someone else to fix it -to use roofing cement under shingles around chimney flushing as it was not done by the roofers. Cannot recommend this Company.

The job was done very efficiently but the original problem was not solved. We still have water leaking between the side of the house and the eavestrough. We have called them several times to come back and rectify this and other problems (over a 4 week period) and they still have not come. Also the eavestroughs are leaking in all corners.

The company was efficient and the price was amazing esp for the best quality shingles. The cleaned up after themselves too. I heard about this company from a neighbour & I also referred them to another friend who was also extremely satisfied with the price and work done.

I was very happy with the quick service. Had one issue that was quickly resolved the next day. They were very customer focus and answered all of my questions. They appeared to act professional in all areas of customer service.
