Bark Tree Service

I had communicated to several tree services around Durham Region and finalized with asking Bark Tree Service to remove some trees, shrubs and stumps on my property.

Steve and his team was extremely responsive, providing me a wealth of knowledge and advice. Steve provided me great support in some of the items that I requested as some were a little challenging due to the locations of certain items.

They were extremely professional, right on time with services and performed an outstanding job. Steve and his crew took the time to remove every branch and even the leaves off my property and ensured there was no waste left behind.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will continue using services from Bark Tree Service, as well as recommending them to all of my friends and families.

I hired Bark Tree Service after a previous contractor I was about to use through Homestars - who by the way was a Best Of Winner - started playing games with the promised date to do my back and front yard trees, vines and hedge removal job. Rob had come over earlier for a quote, but I was a bit nervous by his Homestars rating. It doesn't make sense to me why he has less than 100% though, because everyone rates his 10/10. Anyways, Rob came by the same day I called to provide a quote, and when I called him back a week later he first gave me advance notice that he needed a few days to firm up the job, but expected to be able to do it on one of two days. Like clockwork, he confirmed the earlier of the two days when he promised, and his crew showed up perfectly on time the morning of the job. I appreciate that everyone on the team was personable and helpful in explaining what they were doing and providing suggestions for future upkeep of our property. I added a few more trees last minute to the job, based on recommendations of one of the crew, and Rob gave me a very reasonable quote to remove them too. They left our property in great condition a few hours later and I would both hire them again in a heartbeat and also highly recommend them to others.

Rob and his team are efficient and courteous. They quickly removed the various trees and bushes from our front, and didn't leave a single branch behind. We shopped around, and I'm confident that Bark Tree offers the best prices in the Durham Region.

In this day and age customer service seems to have gone by the way-side but Steve from Bark Tree not only answered my questions but was able to give me a quote by using the internet to view the tree on our front lawn. I had additional work to discuss and he actually called when he said he would and was not only a pleasure to talk to be really knowledgeable about bi-laws. While onsite he had to deal with our neighbor who can be difficult but he handled him like a pro.

Rob and his Crew arrived just as promised and removed my very large old Cherry Tree. I was blown away with their ability to do that as fast and safe as they did, real Professionals !
They left as if they had not even been here it was so well cleaned up.

Rob and his crew were such a pleasure to deal with. They showed up when promised and did an incredible job on making the backyard new again.
