I found Direct Overhead Doors through the Homestars website and choose them based on the overwhelmingly strong reviews - and I’m glad that I did. Rob responded to my request immediately over the weekend and less than one week later, we have brand new garage doors. Excellent customer service (especially during this COVID time of social distancing). Rob made some recommendations, we chose the style and colour, and he gave me a reasonably quote during the initial meeting. The installation was quick and efficient, done in a few hours. One of the most painless and pleasant renovation experiences that I’ve had. Thank you Rob, for an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Start to finish these guys were super friendly and helpful. Amid the COVID-19 craziness we were able to order and have our garage door and new capping installed while remaining contactless. We could not be happier with our new door and 100% recommend Direct overhead doors!

Direct Overhead (Rob) was quick to respond, easy and accommodating to deal with (I'm a VERY high standards, very hard to please when it comes to contractors), arrived on time to the minute, was very quick and efficient without any BS .. gave the written estimate we agreed upon, I said go.. before I even got my tools out for something I was doing .. he had his job I hired him for half apart! He did it in less time then he said. Very friendly, very quick but knew exactly what he was doing and talking about. Job was done to a T.. gave me some free easy way to fix another couple issues with no BS upsell, no mess left behind, no sloppy work, got right to it and did it.. Excellent guy. I DO NOT say that often with contractors. I do it ALL myself since good ones so hard to find. But this guys the real deal.
