Direct Overhead Doors

Amazing job, zero complaints. Entire process was professional. Took me some time to decide which company to go with and we moved into our house a few months back and knew we needed to replace our door and opener as they were over 30 years old. I had alot of questions, as I have never had this service/work done before. Rob was prompt and professional, he helped me understand the process and work that he was going to do. Materials/ door was orderred and came in sooner then we expected and install was scheduled a few days later. No mess, he cleaned up after him self and disposed of all old materials. Overall great work ethic and great work being done by this company. You can tell that they care about the work they do and their clients, even the ones with high expectations, like me. I highly suggest you choose this company every time.

Emailed Rob asking for a quote for a replacement door, he replied very promptly and was able to stop by the following day to view what needed to be done and provide a colour pallet. Rob was able to offer a variety of different doors and styles and once we had found what we liked he confirmed a delivery date. We arranged an installation date and the work was completed very quickly. The new door looks great, especially with the additional cladding and it runs quietly, a vast improvement on our old door. Super stoked with the results, service and price we paid, thanks again Rob.

Rob responded quickly to my after hours call. I called on a Wednesday evening and we arranged an appointment to replace the garage door Friday morning. He stopped in to measure on Thursday and did a temporary fix to make my door safer until the the next day. The work was done quickly and neatly and he showed me how to maintain my door going forward. Wonderful service and I'm very satisfied.
