Brandon was terrific. Came out the same afternoon as his company was contacted by condo management - the Friday before a long weekend!
Found not one but two clogs in the stack, cleared them out, leaving a clear running system and a spotlessly clean work area. All much appreciated!

The service was very good. However, when we asked to provide us the report the person that provides the service have been delayed. My hubby asked him three times already, the last time he said he would do it Thursday but it is now Friday. I am not sure how many texts/phone call we have to make in order for him to send us the requested report.

Backed up sink - my condo sent Mohammed out to deal with it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Flo Pros tech Ashley arrived the same day as I called. Ashley assessed the problem, figured out where the problem was in the line and proceeded to auger it out. She was very efficient, thorough, careful and answered all my questions in a pleasant manner. She made sure that the system was functioning properly before she left and that the problem had been resolved. Overall excellent customer service- I would call Flo Pro again. Kudos to Ashley for a great attitude and professional job!

Flo Pro provided same day service when my basement drain backed up due to tree roots. Carter was friendly and knowledgable. He answered my questions and did a great job of cleaning up after. I trust them and would call them again.

Mike was great in dealing with helping fix an issue that was going in on a unit above mine, but had the potential to affect my own. He was very flexible in scheduling and re-scheduling as needed and ended up needing to show up late on Friday night.

Matt was not totally satisfied with the Kitchen drain performance until he had snaked it 3 times. Each time the drain improved. It was great to have a technician who wanted his work to be perfect - not just functional.
Although the bathroom sink was slower, initially, the drain performance was perfect after 1 snake.
Matt was personable, courteous, and answered all our questions.

My tenant complained sewer gas emitted from the ensuite bathroom sink since Oct/Nov 2019. 2 separate plumbers checked in Jan. and Feb. and situation could not be corrected. Recently the situation was further deteriorated and gas emitted from the kitchen sink and the washer.

Matt with Flo Pros returned my call yesterday morning and offered to come in the same afternoon if that's very urgent. I booked him to come at 10am this morning.

He didn't disappoint me. He called 30 mins before his arrival as what we agreed upon. He checked, lay out a towel to put his tools on without scratching my granite countertop. What a detail oriented person! He snaked the sink drain all the way through to the main stack. To check his work, he ran the tap for several minutes to make sure water was running freely. He then cleaned the sink and packed up his tools. Before he left, he even went through the maintenance process with me and my tenant to avoid it's occurrence. Great job!

On May 21 Brandon responded to the call for a kitchen drain problem resulting from a stack back-up. It was after hours and he was just about to get home when he was asked to respond to this call. The response time was very fast, even surprising us. He was extremely polite and performed the work quickly and efficiently, and with a smile. The drain clog was solved and he left the site very clean. We would definitely recommend the company, and Brandon, to anyone we know and we will not hesitate to call them again should the need be there.

Josh and his team helped us out when 3+ days of -40C with wind chill froze up the septic lines on our mobile office trailer in Calgary. These guys provided a great service by responding quickly and getting the job done right.
They even informed us about some additional preventative measures we could put in place to prevent future freeze ups.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to anyone who needs their frozen pipes thawed quickly and affordably.
