Flo Pros tech Ashley arrived the same day as I called. Ashley assessed the problem, figured out where the problem was in the line and proceeded to auger it out. She was very efficient, thorough, careful and answered all my questions in a pleasant manner. She made sure that the system was functioning properly before she left and that the problem had been resolved. Overall excellent customer service- I would call Flo Pro again. Kudos to Ashley for a great attitude and professional job!
