Pest Boss did a site inspection, examined all of the existing bait stations, wrote an extensive report on the entire situation. They provided a quote for new service.

We contacted Pest Boss as we had been seeing mice in the house intermittently for quite some time. Kyle got back to us very quickly and set up an initial home visit right away. He came out on three separate occasions to assess the situation, lay out traps/bait and block off any access points the mice may have had. He was very friendly and helpful to deal with and we feel confident that we have alleviated the issue. We would definitely recommend him for any pest control issues!

It's getting a bit colder now and mice tend to find shelter wherever they can, unfortunately it had to be in my home. I contacted Kyle, he was very prompt with the response even via email. Afterward he had contacted me by phone, we talked about what kind of problem I had, mice activity etc and set up an appointment. He came out today, on time, advised me on what he was going to be doing, THOROUGHLY inspecting the house inside and outside, checking the work we had done ourselves and gave us tips to control the mouse population. He found a big hole on the outside of the home that my family had totally missed, good thing because that was the only viable way they were coming in, he sealed it up, set up bait stations in the home and even set up those dreaded snap traps. We're giving it a few weeks, hopefully they will be taken care of and most of all, have no way of coming back in. He told us to call him whenever we had a question, a very personable individual that has great knowledge in his field. I had Pest Boss come in to do a carpenter ant extermination. I found them by doing some online research through various search engines like yelp and homestars. I really liked the service because they actually took the time to explain to me about the nature of the ants and the different ways of going about getting rid of them. They were very thorough in the work that they did.
