Our basement flooded over the summer, due to heavy rain fall. The water came in through our newly renovated bathroom and we got flooded. Unfortunately when we called our contractor who did the work, he did not respond. I contacted Peter, who made time to come the same day. Peter quickly identified that the leak was coming from under the toilet. Peter removed the toilet and advised it needed to dry for at least 2 days so that he could properly repair the issue. He came back as promised repaired the leak and we haven't had any issues since.
I was very happy with Peter's great service and professionalism, he answered all our questions and concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to any of my friends or family he's vey skilled and knowledgeable but his kindness is what sets him apart from the rest.
