Great service

Moving & Storage review in Burlington

Dimo was very professional and on time . He arrived in his covid ppe , quickly identified the problem then gave us sent us the full quote electronically and explained everything before continuing . It was later friday of the long weekend and he had to leave to get the part and returned later early evening to complete and get our fridge back up working for the ling weekend.
We would recommend this service and definitely Dimo would be welcomed back if any service needed in the future

Sub -Zero Refrigerator reaper by Dima.

Our reaper person was Dima. He was very professional and explained everything and showed me what was possibly wrong .With COVID -19 , Dima arrived with gloves, mask and uniform ~ no worries there.During the time Dima was working on our freezer, he would explain everything that was being done and a possible solution. Again,we were extremely pleased with how Dima present himself,how he explained everything, and how courteous he was. When he left, everything was put back the way it was. Thank you Dima-Also, thank you fix Appliances,we will definitely use your service again and would highly recommend you.

great technician, clean, knowledgeable, quick, and on line support and office information first rate...Didn't think we could get part, technician called back within a 1/2 day to say he found it so it saved us buying a new fridge, 5 days later it was installed, with all advertised discounts.
would call them any time first rate.
