Dishwasher repair (leaky pipe)

We suspected we had a leaky solenoid valve Sergei came to do a look over and confirmed this was the problem. Sergei was tidy and wore a mask, as this was during covid virus isolation time. He had a new solenoid valve with him so replaced it. A Plumber Had to do a pipe connection in meantime. Sergei returned with cutlery tray we’d ordered and reviewed the work done, running D/w through a few cycles to ensure it was functioning properly. Very professional.

Washing machine & refrigerator repair

Technician Dima arrived with gloves, mask and hand sanitizer due to Corona virus. He was punctual, courteous, professional and experienced. Everthing was explained to me step by step and a work estimate was provided within minutes. All my questions were answered honestly and fairly. Would highly recommend Fix Appliances.

Freezer problem during Covid-19

Our repair person was Dima. He was very professional and explained everything and showed me what was possibly wrong. With Covid-19, Dima arrived with gloves, mask and uniform ~ no worries there! During the time Dima was working on our freezer, he would explain everything that was being done and possible solutions. Again, we were extremely please with how Dima presented himself, how he explained everything and how courteous he was. When he left, everything was put back the way it was. Thank you Dima! Also, thank you Fix Appliances! We will defiantly use your service again and would highly recommend you!
