Our washing machine started leaking from the bottom. Our service call was booked within 3 days. When Daniel came it took him less than 1/2 hour to diagnose and fix the washer. The fix was a simple fix that was done immediately with no parts required. I found Daniel to be a high integrity person that did what was necessary and not try to build up an unnecessary cost to fix the appliance. I would highly recommend this company and Daniel as your service rep. Great and quick work....

My fridge stopped being cold but my freezer has ice buildup. Dima came and explained everything to me including showing me the results of some of the tests so I would know what was being done. I appreciate the openness

Very disappointed with their sales approach and no care whatsoever for the clients.
I called in twice and asked them to skip the diagnostic cost because I knew the motor of the rangehood was dead. They insisted and said we cannot skip that process and that I had to pay $89.99 plus tax, which then they would refund after I decide to go with the repair.
The technician came in in 5 MINUTES assessed the situation and said motor needs to be replaced, no wonder Paid for the diagnostics!
After two days I got an estimate which was $816!!! To replace a Falmec rangehood motor, half of which was labor cost!!!!
I called another company and they said the motor costs $239 instead of $379 quoted by Fix appliances and labor would be $129 instead of $369 quoted by Fix appliances!
Bad customer service from the integrity perspective and extremely high estimates which tells me they dont care as they are making the $89 on the diagnostic calls no matter what!
I highly do not recommend due to their unethical business practices.

Very pleased with Fix Appliances. The appointment process was simple and the tech (Dima) arrived promptly. He explained everything in detail, was friendly and made sure that my property was respected while he was here. I am very happy with the results, the price and the service. I highly recommend this company and will call them again when I next require an appliance repair.

Had Eric come by, I had an issue with my dryer for about a week, thinking he would only take a quick look to diagnose, he actually took the whole dryer apart to throughly look and even show me all the parts, functions and what is my problem.
