Very disappointed with their sales approach and no care whatsoever for the clients.
I called in twice and asked them to skip the diagnostic cost because I knew the motor of the rangehood was dead. They insisted and said we cannot skip that process and that I had to pay $89.99 plus tax, which then they would refund after I decide to go with the repair.
The technician came in in 5 MINUTES assessed the situation and said motor needs to be replaced, no wonder Paid for the diagnostics!
After two days I got an estimate which was $816!!! To replace a Falmec rangehood motor, half of which was labor cost!!!!
I called another company and they said the motor costs $239 instead of $379 quoted by Fix appliances and labor would be $129 instead of $369 quoted by Fix appliances!
Bad customer service from the integrity perspective and extremely high estimates which tells me they dont care as they are making the $89 on the diagnostic calls no matter what!
I highly do not recommend due to their unethical business practices.
