Our technician fixed our dryer by replacing the heating coil inside. He took it all apart and replaced the coil. He explained everything perfectly that he was doing.

Service was requested for my refrigerator and the problem was fixed promptly the same day .
The service technician, Mayor, introduced himself at the front door and came across as very customer service oriented.

Mayor, is friendly and very knowledgeable. The down time of the refrigerator serviced was minimal and all replaced parts were cleared away by Mayor.
Obvious that this company is dedicated to customer service.
Certainly would highly recommend and contact again when required.

The tech (Dima) arrived on time, worked in a very cramped area.
i thought I would be without a washer for 3-4 days waiting on the part.
I was called the next day as thepart was in stock. Although it was along weekend the tech came in and completed the job.

My dryer had stopped heating. I called them on a Saturday and they sent someone out on Sunday afternoon. It took him less than an hour to diagnosis and fix. He was knowledgeable and did a great job. Thanks so much!

The drain pump died on my Bosch. Called on a Friday morning and they got back to me almost immediately to set up an appointment. I was hoping for same day like many other reviewers got, but I had to wait until the Sunday. Not unreasonable, but not what I had hoped. The service guy was good. He explained the problem, got the part later in the day, retuned and got things up and running.

Beware. While they tell you the $79 service charge will be waived if you go ahead, they don't tell you that instead of an hourly labour charge of between $79 - $95, they will charge you $239.00 for the work if you go ahead after receiving the estimate.

update - After the above was posted Fix Appliances Customer Service contacted me because they do care about their customer. They offered a refund which I have received. I'm believe the lack of upfront information was the result of an unintentional miscommunication.

I would recommend them.

We noticed our fridge and freezer wasn't working in the morning so I called Fix Appliances after work and they were able to come the next day, which was good because the other place I called couldn't come until 4 days later!! Customer service on the phone was great, Maxi the technician that came was on time and courteous, he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem in less then an hour! Thank goodness it wasn't the compressor!

I paid $75 for a $580.00 quote to supply and install a heater assembly in a Maytag Dyer. I thought this to be a bit excessive...... I then call #2 on my list, and saved over $200 . don't use this FIX company just because they respond quickly for a quote.

I booked the appointment using the online request. The response back was within 15 minutes of submission and the customer service was amazing.

The technician showed up exactly when promised and the quality of work was excellent.

Best customer service I have seen in years.
