Mors was impressive. He came and assessed my dishwasher which had stopped draining. Quick response, reasonable scheduling & very reasonable prices! I'll be calling Mors the next time I have any issues with other appliances and would not hesitate to recommend him.
They were responsive and the quote was reasonable. We hired them and they took the time to do a water test and find out why we had the dripping water near the downspout. They recaulked our corners and took images to show us what they had done. They were efficient and helpful and I would have no trouble recommending them.

Beware. While they tell you the $79 service charge will be waived if you go ahead, they don't tell you that instead of an hourly labour charge of between $79 - $95, they will charge you $239.00 for the work if you go ahead after receiving the estimate. update - After the above was posted Fix Appliances Customer Service contacted me because they do care about their customer. They offered a refund which I have received. I'm believe the lack of upfront information was the result of an unintentional miscommunication. I would recommend them.
