Our gas oven stopped working right before the holidays. A technician was able to come by right away. Ilya was professional, courteous and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the oven igniter and also checked out the rest of the stove.
Ilya took the time to explain the problem, was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We would definitely use the service again and request Ilya in the future.
