Service call to diagnose my dryer that was not running efficiently.
Estimate for $550 to replace 2 parts.
Technician leaves my house and to my surprise, the dryer now doesn't work at all!
Working dryer prior to service call, dryer non operational now.
Refund...guess what? "sorry sir, contract was non refundable"
Don't trust these guys...hiding behind the fine print, not doing what's right for the customer.

Thank you RL for your feedback. The technician came in to do a diagnosis for a 20 year old dryer. The technician diagnosed the appliance, send you the estimate for the repair and left the dryer in exactly same condition as it was prior the diagnostics. The technician didn't provide any repair or labour, he only diagnosed a broken appliance. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the repair and we'll be happy to assist you.
