The service technician that came out, his name was Dima and he was so polite, professional and just a nice person.
He explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was truly one of the nicest service technicians I have every met and he new what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend his services to my friends and family.
