Fix one thing, cause another problem
Have a samsung dishwasher that didn’t drain. Had a tech come out to repair. Cost me $400+ to “fix”. First time using the dishwasher “outside” their warranty period. Can’t even use it as another problem comes up. Company refuses to do anything about it. Wants to charge as a new service call. Will have to buy a new dishwasher as anymore money dumped into this piece of garbage is not worth it. Do not recommend this company at all.
Adding to this review based on this useless company response. The fact that you will do nothing about it other than “make this a new service call” is why people hate companies like yours. There is no “helping” the customer in the end. You refused to even have the technician call me as it may have been something simple to fix. The dishwasher is no longer worth repairing as I have started you already changed me $400 for this now brick of a machine. Once I replace the dishwasher, I will deliver the old one to your front door.

Often time’s appliances can have more than one problem. Such issues can occur all at once or days, months and even years after.
We gave you warranty which included and in which you agreed upon of 1 month for parts (Manufacturer Warranty) and 90 days for labour.
We always recommend to use your appliance, especially after the repair.
