My Kitchenaide bottom freezer was collecting water and freeze solid then leak onto my floor. Ilia the technician came for the first visit and ordered the part. The estimated time was 3-5 days but took much longer to receive the shipped part. I had to call the company again to find out when I could expect the technician to return and a few days later after long weekend, Ilia, same technician returned to install the new part.
But my freezer light is not coming on. So dunno what happened.
