Fix Appliances Ca

We called Fix Appliances to check our washer. They came out right away and told us what was the issue. We paid for the service fee, which was $90 (which would be deducted off our bill if we repair the washer through them). We agreed that we would like the repair to be completed. Over a week later and a phone call into the main office and we are still waiting. When we called the office 5 days later stating that we were told we would receive a quote for the repair by email the next day, we were informed that they had not received any information regarding our washer. I'm out $100 and have to call another company in. Not pleased with the service and will not call this company again or recommend them.
