Dmitri was highly recommended by a furnace maintenance company we have used for years. He was excellent with communicating his experience as a gas fitter and what the furnace capacity was in relation to the size of our house, it's functions. He gave us a good price and also had the city inspector approve it. I was extremely satisfied with his work, the furnace, and I am enjoying the results.

Dmitri was very knowledgeable, reliable and did a thorough job with our furnace repair. He explained the entire repair job and provided his expertise on safety concerns so that we were aware of the problems our furnace was having. Dmitri is very passionate with his work and has great customer service. I used his service to install humidifier last year and replace our old furnace this month. His work is clean and organised. He also keeps his promises. No problem when it comes with the inspection, it passed the first time. I would totally recommend him.

Dimitri and Heatmaster was highly recommended to me by an HVAC parts supplier which says a lot to me when they could have recommended so many other of their customers. My job entailed replacing 2 furnaces, 2 humidifiers, adding upgraded air filters, a Hoyme damper and 2 Ecobee programmable thermostats. His service was prompt and completed on time. Recently has some problem with heating system, got number from newspaper and Dmitri arrived.
