Thank you kindly for taking your time to review our encounter and for sharing with others. I hope you don't mind me sharing this, your original inquiry with us was to replace your "aging" hot water tank. Upon our scheduled arrival, the hot water tank in question, was inspected thoroughly and it was determined, the tank is 7 yrs old and is still in good, safe, operational condition. To conclude, we did not replace the tank and advised you to hold off on doing so. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
