After having been upsold by a major furnace company that had performed furnace inspection, Dmitri provided a second opinion and laid out the best course of action saving thousands of dollars, by advising to have the part replaced under the warranty that is still valid, which was never suggested by the big company whose goal was to simply sell a new furnace. This is an example of high ethic standards and integrity toward his current and potential customers. From now on Heatmaster is certainly a company for all my heating needs.
