Amazing Service - Above & Beyond
Heatmasters service and workmanship were exceptional and timely!
We were having problems with our furnace over the last few weeks and had one service company come 3 times and still didn't diagnose the issue. We then contacted Dmitri with Heatmasters and he came over right away. He proceeded to carry out thorough diagnostic tests and found the problem rather quickly. On his own initiative he also checked out the humidifier and found out that it had not been operating for some time and he repaired that. He went over the options with us. We choose to replace our 20 year old furnace, rather than spending a significant amount to fix it. He then showed us what to do to keep the furnace operational until he could come and replace it.
We highly recommend Dmitri and Ian from Heatmasters! It was a pleasure to deal with someone with integrity and who takes pride in their craft.
