We originally spoke to Brenda and then Corrina in the office and they both gave us helpful information about the product and invited us to view a working unit in their office. Sean came to our house to assess the job and give us an estimate and describe exactly what we could expect with how he and Nick would do the job and specifics of the ductless mini-split unit.
We had a very comfortable feeling with everyone and the assurances of how the job would be done to our satisfaction.
Nick and Sean completed the job in a day, as planned, in a very efficient and neat way and were able to please a very fussy customer.
We opted for the Daikin Emura minisplit for 2 rooms and are very happy with both the function and looks of them. Currently, we are using them for heat which seems to be extremely efficient. We’re sure that next
summer will be bliss with the AC. The bonus is a 12 year Warranty.

Contacted Bakerview and Corina in the office was so helpful as for a quote for a new furnace Sean came up and wow, so helpful, explained everything to detail! He was this first to actually walk around my property to see how to properly vent the furnace. And also is quoting for a repair not just to replace!

We had an a/c system installed in the summer and are so very pleased with this company. Sean came to give us an estimate and he was truly an expert as he quoted us fair costs. He listened to our needs and did not try to oversell. They are very efficient and know their stuff. The ladies that handle the calls are also a pleasure to deal with. Very pleasant and accurate in their details. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company-very true to their word and I highly recommend them. They are true professionals !

I live in a condo and requested to install a heat pump. Sean came to our AGM and explained the system. The vote at the AGM was unanimous due to Sean's excellent explanation. The installation went very well--both Sean and Nick did excellent work. They are professional and prompt. The office staff, Corinna and Brenda are also very professional and helpful.
