It is not for asking for an extra fee to re-install doors that he took out in order to lay the tiles down; it is not for immediately accepting an additional task we requested, completely miscalculating the time it would take to finish it and leaving us with no bathroom for a week (while he went on a ski vacation); it is for his shameless use of LANGUAGE AND MOCKERY (all in uppercase script) when responding to our complaint with the BBB (for which he was awarded a rare D+) that this review is written.
