One of our window mechanism for locking broke and needed replacement.
I spoke to Sarah to schedule a repair visit.
Sarah was amazing, she addressed the issue promptly, asked for photos to ensure the right parts, booked my appointment and followed up with emails to ensure my awareness of the repair date.
The manager of service came to do the repair, was exactly on time, very pleasant, efficient and left the area immaculate.
