Dalmen-pro sales rep Shawn was excellent to deal with. Very cordial and fully explained the benefits of his products. Received the final quote on 20 March 2019 at which time I also confirmed the order. The windows were installed on the 21 May 2019 (8 weeks wait) The installers Domonque and Thomas were excellent. They introduced themselves at the start of the day and worked tirelessly till the completion of the 5 window install. Before leaving they ensured that everything was cleaned up and all remnants of the old windows were taken away. We were very satisfied with the workmanship.

We had a new window installed, but then wanted to change the window jamb so that we could return-tile to the window. Dalmen Pro was able to get someone on site fast to remove the window jamb so that we could continue with the tile work and stay on schedule.

Everything went really well from the initial contact to measurements to the actual instalment. Service was great all around - installers, salesman and customer service on the phone from the office. I have already recommended this company to family and friends! Thanks DalmenPro!
