Dalmen Pro

We had worked directly with the company who makes their windows and doors, and had some issues. By using Dalmen Pro, their installation sister company, I hoped they would deal with any manufacturer issues for me, and that’s what happened. The door was the wrong color, so they took it back to the factory and returned a few weeks later with the right thing. The install was tricky, but they worked hard to get it done and save the original door to re-use elsewhere. Most importantly the people I dealt with at Dalmen Pro were all polite and professional. I recommend them, but it pays to double check everything.
