Pronto Movers

I initially hired Pronto to move furniture into a storage locker so we could sell our house. We then hired the company to move us into our new location after the house sold and recently (Jan. 2023) we moved out of town and hired Pronto again. Each time, all of my questions and e-mails were answered promptly by the office guy and all of the information I was given proved accurate. The moving crew was on time all three times and got to work as soon as they arrived. The crews were polite, friendly and very hard working. During the last move, the elevator gave out and the crew was forced to carry large pieces of furniture down four flights of stairs. No complaints or grumbling, they just got on with the work. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Ali, Curtis and Mayowa were phenomenal.

Came in on time, professional, efficient and respectful.
Small damage on the wall was repaired the same afternoon.

On about early February I spoke with three different movers one which was On Friday, February 10, 2023 Pronto Movers / pronto moving I spoke with Mr. Farhat who appeared to be reasonable. He said many things and sold empty promises to move my items without damages. I decided to hire Mr. Farhat because said I can have this arranged for $2200+ tax. I did not negotiate with him, I recognized the movers hard work.

On February 16, 2023 price was agreed in writing for moving to first storage then March 23, 2023 to second move to home. The morning when he arrived at my door his price went up by $100 verbally. Fist tell-tell sign about Mr. Farhat.

I dont know, is it lack of experience or responsibilities or he doesnt have knowledge of moving appliances, furniture. I had specifically told him I have high-end (brand new appliances), make sure nothing is damaged. He basically stuff everything in the truck putting things on top other things. Some fragile and valuable porcelains was put on the side, I told him take this at the end do not put anything on these boxes. He could NOT follow on simple importance of my things did communicate with his men. I had to tell each one them myself. Pieces of furniture with scratched. So if you are type of a person like me, who value his belongings I suggest you DO NOT consider hiring ProntoMovers/ProntoMoving.

Unloading his truck of course at the end he damaged my appliances and (Mr. Ferhat) was open to said he will do something about it I said thank you just have it fixed. The damages were caused by himself, he stacked a big heavy BBQ machine on top of my appliances which got dented. He did not get back when my stuff was in storage for 30 days.

On March 23, 2023 second location moving day, When it is delivered at my home we talked about the damages, he made some offers, I could not agree but days are passing, he started to go on offensive and disagree on things. I repeatedly asked him to fix it. I dont want money or compensation or anything else. YOU DAMAGED IT, JUST FIX IT. They are careless and took no responsibility and are giving me the run around, the company is making it difficult. I care about my things specially valuables and my brand new belongings.

Beware
-he charge customer for his insurance deductible
-he is not clear about (who is responsible) damages under $200
-he will scratches, scuff, drag furnitures cause small repair cost
-his Price and Quote will changes base the customers lifestyle, so his written quote is fake/false
-he does not care how long will he take, he will give you the runaround

Shopped around for movers; these guys stood out.

-Responsive
-straightforward unambiguous pricing structure

They had no hidden fees everything was upfront.
Mike was really helpful when trying to arrange storage.
The movers were very friendly, very positive and very professional.

I saw these guys moving somebody down the street from me a few months back; and after talking to the new home owners I decided to give them a chance.
I usually use another moving company but wasn’t too impressed the last time around.

These guys are impressive!
They came on time, very respectful towards me and my belongings and they were super positive!

Amazing last minute service.
Called on a late Sunday morning and explained my situation to Mike (initial moving company I booked was a no-show)... Mike had a team at my place by 3 PM.

These guys are great. Mike was very pleasant over the phone and really made sure to give us an accurate quote, which he did! We were quoted approximately 1000$ and the total came in just under 850$ (I have never experienced a service where the actual price was LESS then the quoted price)

The team was great! Richy, Leo and Joe we’re phenomenal! Fun personalities and amazing movers!! Flawless move from beginning to end.
