Very knowledgeable, not only about the potential defects of the home, but also on proper maintenance and tips. Great for a first time home buyer. Also gave us contacts of trades people who do good work. Very thorough, took 3 hours to go through and double checked a lot of things. Very prepared with all tools and equipment retired. You could tell he has done this a lot. Also very personable and friendly. Put up with my pestering mother. Also great value.
