After getting several quotes for the replacement of my roof, from local roofers (who were way over priced and really played on the fact that the neighborhood was mature and had older residents) to other roofers, big box store, who basically drove buy and provided an eyeball estimate. Direct Energy actually looked over the job properly, provided a middle of the road estimate, did the job professionally, cleaned up and left. No fuss , no muss. good job.
