Greentree renovated our backyard to create a new space for us to spend time in. It was a professional experience we are happy to recommend their services.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Breanne at Greentree Landscaping, and we can't praise her and the team enough for their exceptional service. From the outset, Breanne took the time to understand our vision and expectations and put together a design that was nothing short of impressive. She was incredibly responsive to our requests and the team ensured every detail was executed to our complete satisfaction. The team of hard workers was not only skilled but also friendly and approachable, making the entire process enjoyable.

Their customer service is truly exceptional, always ready to provide sound advice and share their expertise. The result of their hard work is a beautiful yard that has transformed our outdoor space. I highly recommend Greentree Landscaping to anyone looking to make their yard amazing. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched. Worst company I have ever encountered.

Please do not believe any positive reviews as I can guarantee they are fabricated by the owner.

This is not a landscape company but 2 guys who sub out all the work to landscapers with zero to no experience. The 2 guys running have ZERO experience in landscaping and literally no pride in their work.

Worst workmanship and professionalism you could ever imagine. Savagely overpriced with the worst quality of any company out there. Has taken years to get a project completed and it still isn't done and wont finish the project until they are paid in full. Anyone who has had work done that I have talked to who has used Green Tree has unfortunately had the same experience and then the work fails and they never fix it or ghost you.

They take advantage of nice people especially older people so please beware. They do not follow their own installation procedures so if you get any work done it will be done incorrectly.

STAY AWAY. Everyone saying this are making negative reviews are 100% true and factual reviews. Plenty of other very very good landscaping companies out there.

Worse job ever had to be redone twice and still crap dirt leaking between boards. Dirt on steps and weeds growing in between gaps cant water upper level or step is muddy apparently their fix is silicone out first retainer wall we replaced was up for 40 years and never had these issues. But apparently the dirt and weeds etc are maintenance apparently a plumber can build a better wall than them This isnt even a year old. Plus they havent finished the job but sure cashed cheques and are now ignoring us

It started off with a great presentation from Dylan and a $60K price tag what we wanted done. We were told we would know when more than a week in advance when they were coming. One day we wake up to people ringing our doorbell saying they are here to start on our back yard. We were told by the PM it would be 4 days maybe, which we knew couldn't be true. By the time is was "done" it was over a year. And it was terrible work. It was miss estimated and it started to cost them a lot more than they thought it would be. As the job continued, head office obviously started pushing the crew to get it done and move on because they were not making the margins they wanted.

The turf was laid incorrectly and was ripped up. But when it was re laid it was no better and because it was it was delivered weeks before it was installed so we still have flat spots on our turf. The stamped concrete was poured and then not sealed until the next spring because they ignored our calls and emails asking when it was going to be done. In the meantime, the concrete chipped and flaked and we were told because it was a year after there was no warranty.

The trees that they planted were cedars, we asked if they were sure cedars can work here, we were told yes. We babied them all year and winter and every tree died because they do not work here. The tree portion of the quote was $5200... and we had to replace them all with what we wanted. Another convenient point is that cedars are the only tree that Greentree will not warranty.

I would 100 percent never recommend this place. 60 thousand dollars are we more disappointed than we were with our old yard. They are dishonest and only into profits and not the customer.

As reference the concrete pad was $18K and that is what we got.

We had Greentree renovate our backyard last fall. They did an awesome job! Now that spring is here and we will soon be able to use the space I am so excited again I wanted to comment on how happy we are with the work done for anyone thinking of renovating this summer. Kobby and his crew were very courteous and helpful. The pergola, landscaping and eating area Kobby designed for us is just beautiful. I wish I could post a picture! Kobby took my husband and I's idea and enhanced it into something much more special than we imagined. I hughly recommend Greentree.

We had our front entrance done by them, 3 years ago now, and the concrete has all disintegrated, it looks worse than before. And they do not care at all.

The work was fine. Treated my husband and I like we were below her. It was apaulling, but I held my tongue. I did not read the reviews prior, and further landscaping needs will be taken elsewhere.

Designer showed up 45 minutes late to appointment. Said she slept in. Oh but dont tell anybody. Clearly she didnt care at all about my appointment or my time. She was not prepared based on what I had said I was looking for. Didnt ask me questions about what ideas I had when she was putting together a plan for me. The plan that was offered as an idea was not to the level of expertise I was expecting. I was not impressed at all and would never use this company. If you are considering using them, DON'T DO IT.

Renovations are often more complicated than expected but when you have a reliable and professional contractor doing the job, doubts and problems disappear. We recently had a collapsing retaining wall replaced by Greentree Outdoor Living and the completed project has transformed and updated our property. The personal concern of all staff including Jordan, Gordon, Nic, Kabil and crew was beyond expectations. We knew what we wanted and Kabil and his crew made it happen. They constantly communicated and kept us informed as to the progress and the unexpected circumstances that developed, dealing with each in a professional manner. Always thorough, courteous, friendly and hard working, they took personal pride in doing the job right. We had quotes for the project from other contractors but thankfully we made the correct decision in choosing Greentree Outdoor Living.
