My laundry shut off valve was leaking so I called Michael Mosca who sent Sheldon to do the repair. Sheldon arrived about an hour after I spoke to Michael-very fast!. Sheldon was fantastic - he was fast, courteous,knowledgeable and tidy. I highly recommend Sheldon. He recommended changing both valves as they were 30 years old. He was gone in about half an hour or so. Price was reasonable too.

I contacted Interglobal Mechanical for service in my home. The service technician on call, was courteous and professional and arrived to my home within the time frame stated. The service technician was knowledgable and explained the process. I would defiantly recommend Interglobal and I would definitely use their services again.

Bad. Very bad. They are not honest people.Brake things/pipes in purpose so they can come back and get more money.
They work for my building, very expensive charge by the hour and weekends. holidays or after hours they over charge price.
I don't recommend them to anybody.

They came to my condo unit, broke the toilet, never came back.

Had to pay another plumber to fix the toilet he broke. Then they still had the nerve to bill my landlord for two visits which got passed on to me.

I tried calling to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner. The owner told me he would call me back by the next afternoon, no call back.

do not even think of using this company.

Very unhelpful and unreliable, and poor customer service. The plumber came in to "assess" even though we told him explicitly what was wrong (the issue with the W/D was very common for the unit). He had to go back and order a part, and never came back to finish the project even though he has returned to the building numerous times to do building work. Have called multiple times over the last few weeks, and not once have I received a call back even though the call centre has claimed to pass on the message. When I ask them to please try to get them to call me back because I've been waiting to hear from them for weeks now, they just talk over me, keep cutting me off, and reply sarcastically that they'll "do their best".

They fixed the problem after three other plumbers left the work undone. Also, they charged less than the other companies. So I am thrilled with their work. I wish we would have called them first.

I was recommended Interglobal by my condo super. They came without any obvious intention to do anything on the first visit. They were there 5 minutes. I got charged 2 hours for them to look at the leaking valve. They came two days later to fix this valve during the day and my super let them into my condo. They said it took 2.5 hours for them to replace it. They did a very good job of replacing the valve, it works great.
If you need to use them make sure you ask for a free estimate and be there when they are fixing it to see how much time it really takes.
