Alex and his crew were amazing in every regard. When we initially contacted him, he showed up promptly to give us an estimate. The tile we selected from our supplier was not stocked in Calgary and had to be special ordered, which resulted in a 3 week delay. Alex was totally understanding and stayed in touch with us while we waited. Once the tile arrived, Alex and his crew came out right away for the installation. The areas done were a 9ft floor to ceiling travertine fireplace, tumbled travertine/mosaic kitchen and island backsplash, marble bathroom vanity backsplash, and ceramic tub surround. The work was completed efficiently and turned out even more beautiful than we hoped! Alex has very high standards and he works hard to ensure that his work is top quality. If at any point he encountered something that might alter our original vision, he called us in to see, explained the issue and helped us select the best option for moving forward. The end result was a home that looks like it could be in a magazine. In addition to great work, they showed complete respect for our home in ensuring that the job site was clean every day and taking care to protect everything. The experience with Benwood was awesome from start to finish. Gregg came out to our home to do an estimate and he was the perfect blend of friendly and professional. He answered every question I had and I really appreciated that his first interest was in making sure we ended up with the flooring that would make us happy, rather than trying to sell us on something. We wanted a carpet that they did not carry and they special ordered it in for us and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Gregg and Gus came out to refinish our floors and the care and respect they showed for our home was top notch. Gregg works to very high standards and he makes sure that you're left with floors you can't wait to show off. We've been receiving non-stop compliments on the quality of our new floors, from friends and professionals alike. Sharon was great with handling the administrative end and keeping the lines of communication flowing. I will never look elsewhere for my flooring needs and recommend Benwood 110%!

We met the Stonemaster team at the Home & Design Show and booked an estimate. Debbie came out to view our home and take measurements and she was super sweet. She made extra trips to drop off samples so we could see how the stone would look in our home, she made excellent suggestions based on our colour scheme and communication was excellent. Installation was right on time and right on budget. Mike and Brendon came out to do our install and these two young men thoroughly impressed me with their professionalism and the care they took in installing our countertops. They were friendly and funny, but also very knowledgeable and not only made sure that our countertops went in perfectly, but that we knew how to care for them to keep them looking great. Follow-up support has been awesome and I fully recommend the entire Stonemaster Granite team!

Ken and Connie were awesome right from the start! Ken came out to provide an estimate and he was kind, professional and it was clear that he cared about helping us select a shower design that would best suit our needs and our budget. Communication was great, they even helped me with selecting a new shower colour when I realized the one we chose wouldn't match our new floors! Ken was super pleasant to have in our home, the work was finished on time and on budget. He cleaned up so well each day that my husband couldn't believe someone had been working there. Our new shower is awesome and I can't thank them enough! Not only are they great bath modelers, they're great people too and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
