Do not believe the nice website and 5 star reviews. They are all fake. Homeland contracts out the work and you have no idea who will show up. The movers were unprofessional, ill trained, no proper footwear, and totally careless. The owner of the company called and started yelling in Turkish to hurry up and finish the move. The majority of the items were heavily damaged and lost. Even though they were packed with blankets by the movers! The final price you pay will be double that of the quote. The timeline they give you will not be accurate. You will be utterly disappointed in this company. Do not trust them. Here are a couple photos of damaged items.. more than 75% was damaged! Water damage too! Horrible service.

This job was completed with our highest standard and there were no major (or minor) problems, current condition of belongings marked in our inventory list. However, the customer complained after the pick-up. At this time, we offered to release them from their contract and use another company.At that point we realized we will have this kind of issue with this customer. They have chosen to proceed with us and tried to get full refund even they didn’t file a claim with us.
There were no problems with the remainder of the move. The shipment arrived ahead of schedule. We had also re-boxed many items as the customer did not use proper boxes for their belongings.
As per the client’s service agreement, client has basic transit protection with us and we advised to them to purchase additional coverage from 3rd part insurance company. The client chose to file a claim with 3rd party company which covers their belongings at better value protection. The 3rd party company connected with us and they said client only filed a claim for two missing boxes. We counted total pieces of the belongings before delivery that was matching with our inventory list. To the best of our knowledge there was no missing boxes and we confirmed with the 3rd party insurance company. We didn't receive any mail or email from 3rd party insurance company, if there is real damages we should have informed by the insurance adviser by now.
The customer has made false claims about the job, false claims against the employees and slanderous comments about the owner’s personal character. In conclusion we have no reason to offer any compensation, we will try our best to satisfy our each and every customer. We look forward to serving all of our wonderful customers and many referrals that we get every day.
