J was very professional and came to my home offering great suggestions about how to make accessing items in my cupboards easier but also made other ideas on moving shelves down to make existing shelving work better for me.
The install was great and again James was great. He worked around my busy schedule and installed quickly and professionally.
I love my cupboards now and can easily access even the lowest one without getting down and reaching in. The shelving system also gave me an extra shelf providing me with more useable space. The add on extra drawers within a drawer works great and I can grab my most used utensils and spices quickly.
