During his initial visit Jon Robertson outlined what his company did and what we could expect. We then jointly determined how best to achieve our objectives. After taking measurements, Jon advised that he would be back to do the job within 6 weeks. He returned when he said he would with all shelving and drawers meticulously fitted, fully finished and ready to be installed. They are completely customized, made from the finest materials available and carry a lifetime guarantee.
Jon was personable and respectful of our home. He completed the job in less than 3 hours and cleaned everything before leaving.
We are now able to easily access pots, pans, glassware and small appliances etc. that were virtually inaccessible before.
All told, we are very satisfied with Jon Robertson and Shelf Genie and are pleased to recommend them.
