Stay away!!! Very unprofessional, unorganized business. Their sales person, I think its owner himself, is just interested in your money. Then he will make you chase for weeks and months for the stuff that you already paid for. He will then sound like he is doing a favour to you by delivering these stuff to you, which often doesn't come despite promises. Our whole renovation project got delayed because of this store's unexplained excuses and delays. They will bill you fast and then start giving excuses after excuses. I'm very serious. Save your time/money and go elsewhere.

Euro Bath + Kitchen went above and beyond my expectation and delivered good service and better pricing for my full condo renovation shopping list. Pave , Raj and Daniela were always there to answer our questions and help for deliveries when we needed during renovation. I would definitely recommend them and will shop there in the future. Pay attention to your schedules since some of the item delivery times could be longer than others.

Bio Flame Ethanol fireplace Lorenzo. Went to this store looking for bathroom vanity and saw the bio flame fireplace. After talking to my constructor, and comparing prices this was the best option, since no gas installation or ventilation was needed (no added cost to the project). I was very pleased by the real flame, and the portability of this fireplace. The sales person was very helpful, not pushy, and himself a gas fitter who had first hand experience with gas fireplaces. I ordered the Lorenzo model since it is the recommended for the area of my basement. Free delivery and installation. The store is nice, new and the sales people very nice. Euro Bath is the only store selling Bio flame in the Toronto area.
