The Service Technician was very Though in his Analysis of the Problem and very efficient in replacing the parts. Recommended replacing a Part that was probably about to need replacement.
My only concern was how the company handled the Cost by splitting it into two parts. I was expecting that there would be only one Charge to my Credit Card.
