My A/C was not cooling at the start of summer. The previous service company I had dealt with had been acquired by Atlas who do not deal with condos. After contacting Enercare and Reliance, both of whom wanted me to sign up for a maintenance plan before scheduling an appointment, and then eventually both told me they don’t service condos and/or this type of unit, I found Thermo Cool Mechanical online and contacted them. They specialize in condos and were familiar with this type of unit.
The technicians were professional, knowledgeable - the heat pump unit was removed to their site, tested, repaired, retested and reinstalled much to my relief. Communication from Pina in the office was detailed and timely every step of the way.
