On Dec 22/22 they mandated our VISA to pre-authorize the product order & service commitment and promised work would be scheduled within a week. It is now Feb 9/23, & product still not available nor work done. Half our home is not being heated, adding strain to the only single pump we have. They have threatened a hefty cancellation sticking charge to our VISA if we try to source our heat pump somewhere else, even though their Suppliers order has not arrived to their warehouse yet.

I am sorry that the heat pump is taking longer than expected. We have been following up with the supplier on a weekly basis. Due to supply shortages, they have been experiencing significant delays.
