Plumbob (Bob The Plumber)

Have used twice. First to replace main water shut off valve and a couple of small items. Charged $700. Second time for plugged toilet. Charged $100.00. Does very good work, fast efficient. As I paid cash have nagging feeling was overcharged. The only way to determine if good price is to seek quotes from other companies. Overall, very satisfied with Bob.

Installed hot water tank, main water line valve, thermostat valve, wash basin faucets and new kitchen sink tap assembly. Used very best parts. Very communicative and personable. Only concern is he told me the hot water tank had an 8 year warrenty but it only has 6 years.

Our drain was clogged by years of usage from the previous owner of the house. We tried plunging the sink but water came out through the pipes. We found Bob's number written on the wall of the basement by the previous owner. We called him on a Sunday night in a panic. He helped us on the phone, he came to our house the next morning to replace our pipes and clear our clogged sink. He's a nice and down to earth guy. Very personable and I would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking for a plumber at a considerate price.
