Brad was a pleasure to work with. He arrived early for our appointment, and during the inspection took time to explain to us new home-owners what he's looking out for and how the conditions will impact our house in the future. The inspection report generated by Brad was thorough and detailed, but yet easily understandable to even laymen like us. It was our first time hiring a home inspector, but I believe Brad sets the standard and we're definitely engaging his services again should the opportunity arise. We will also be recommending Brad to our friends and family, and to anyone in need of a fantastic and professional home inspector.
