Brad did the inspection for the purchasing of my new condo and was very professional and courteous.

Brad was very thorough and his many years of experience in this industry showed. He was also very kind in listening to some of my concerns with the condo property upkeep and management. I walked away feeling a lot more informed about the unit i was purchasing and a decent idea of how on top of maintenance they were at least with the building i was in.

Brad conducted a very thorough inspection of my home using a very impressive app which gives me a thorough and very helpful report with pictures, including a view of my roof! He explained things well, identifying potential and actual issues. He was respectful and took time to explain and answer additional questions I had. I highly recommend Brad's services for home inspection!
