MGS Cleaning Solutions

I purchased this company's window cleaning groupon deal in August. Then they send us (very timely) invoice for extra services. I paid the fee for extra service, then I was told that they are very busy, so it has to be waited till the End of September. I was scheduled to have my window cleaning from Sept 25-30. They were not able to tell what date and time exactly they will come. The client care manager just said "we will send out our schedule automatically on Sunday before your service week." Fine, I was patient and kept waiting. Then no one ever get back to me, nor email and nor phone call to explain. The week of Sept 25-30 had past and we are in the beginning of October 2017 now. I called and emailed this company, and they explained ..."oh that person in charge went for vacation and we are changing the website so no one see your invoice, you will just have to wait." Then again, I have to wait and have no idea when they could eventually come.
IF you read this review before you purchased their groupon, you are very lucky! IT IS NOT WORTHY. They are not much cheaper but waste of time and completely inefficient, in organize and unprofessional
