MGS Cleaning Solutions

They 1st had to re schedule....they finally did come and said they were finished after 10 minutes.... I do not believe that a easdrough can not be cleaned in 10 minutes. It was my own fault by purchasing this service on Groupon.

I purchased this company's window cleaning groupon deal in August. Then they send us (very timely) invoice for extra services. I paid the fee for extra service, then I was told that they are very busy, so it has to be waited till the End of September. I was scheduled to have my window cleaning from Sept 25-30. They were not able to tell what date and time exactly they will come. The client care manager just said "we will send out our schedule automatically on Sunday before your service week." Fine, I was patient and kept waiting. Then no one ever get back to me, nor email and nor phone call to explain. The week of Sept 25-30 had past and we are in the beginning of October 2017 now. I called and emailed this company, and they explained ..."oh that person in charge went for vacation and we are changing the website so no one see your invoice, you will just have to wait." Then again, I have to wait and have no idea when they could eventually come.
IF you read this review before you purchased their groupon, you are very lucky! IT IS NOT WORTHY. They are not much cheaper but waste of time and completely inefficient, in organize and unprofessional

Purchased a groupon but had to pay additional window panes. After waiting for service due to all the rain we have been having, crew showed up and barely cleaned windows because i wasn't aware screens had to be removed before service. Since I didn't even know when service would take place anyway, they didn't clean many of my windows. But, even the ones they did "clean" were left with dirt and dust surrounding the windows. I assumed they would power wash windows but apparently that is not he case. I feel taken advantage of because an inexpensive groupon of $69, ended up costing Approximatley $170 when I had to add more panes, taxes, service charge for mandatory online credit card payment etc. I could have hired my previous window cleaners for a lower cost and a much better job. The whole 10 minutes the crew spent at my house was nowhere near worth it for the amount i paid. Lesson learned.

The crew has arrived as promised. Well prepared with tall ladders since the house is 2 story high and like 3 story on the back.
They were very professional, quick and accurate and did some extra work so for that reason we are calling them back this spring again to take care of the windows. We like their early reminder to sign up for their service this spring. Well organized. Thanks Mark and your crew. See you in April again. Jaye in North York
