Gold Medal Plumbing And Drain

Our company had to install multiple plumbing fixtures for a new commercial kitchen. We were having difficulty finding a plumber to take on the project due to its complexity, as we had very limited space, had to work around electrical components, and required a city inspection.

Benjamin & Shawn were the technicians that came to the rescue. When they came by to inspect the site, they knew exactly what needed to be done to meet all code requirements, and still be able to configure the sinks, grease interceptor, waterlines, and drainage pipes where I wanted them to be set up.

They went above and beyond expectations when working on the project, and explained everything they were doing very thoroughly, and answered any questions I had. They completed the work well within my timeframe, and when the City of Brampton inspector came, he told us that the plumbing installation was exceptional work for the type of commercial fixtures we had to install in the space provided.

We will be calling Gold Medal Plumbing for every future plumbing requirements we have, and wish to commend Ben & Shawn for their fantastic service!

Discovering the leak after there was already minor damage was extremely stressful for us. Benjamin H. was at our door 30 minutes after we called. We called Gold Medal Plumbing to investigate a suspected leak as our water bills were showing very high consumption. Liam from Gold Medal came at scheduled time, and very quickly found a defective faucet that was letting water run constantly into the trap. He replaced it quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with his professional demeanor and the quality of his service.

The technician did fix the problem of a clogged drain, but not after what I would consider much unnecessary 'extras' and time. There was no clearcut estimate from the start, and charges just kept piling up. I will not use this company again. My suggestion for those who are experiencing clogged drains - call
a drain clearing company right off, and forego a "gold medal" plumber.

We had a number plumbing issues and Benjamin addressed all of them. He fixed 3 toilets and our exterior faucet and gave us a recommendation on our dishwasher which was leaking slightly but not from the plumbing. This is the second time we have used this company and both times they've been fantastic. Their service is prompt, friendly and Benjamin was very detailed in his assessment of each issue and the resolution. We are happy to say this is the company we will choose for all our plumbing needs.

We had a Moen Tap with the Allen screw stripped.
Ben from Gold Metal did an excellent job in removing the old handle and replacing it with a new Moen handle. He explained what he was going to do and got my approval before proceeding. Left with the job complete and my bathroom clean. Good expedient work. I called on a Monday morning and my shower was functional again by end of day. Thank you Ben.

I want to thank Shawn for the great job he did repairing my toilet. I appreciate the time he took to explain various causes and to answer my questions. He was very efficient and professional. I will definitely call Gold Medal again for plumbing concerns.
