An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Just wanted to send you guys a shout out for accommodating my short notice move, after hours, from my large south surrey home to north delta. You were very reassuring and friendly about the situation. You communicated with me and confirmed prior to arriving which helped too. Your guys were clean, polite, and all worked so hard and efficiently as possible. It was pouring rain and I didn't hear one complaint. Your truck was awesome. The lift gate made the larger heavy antiques and furniture much easier and safer to move. You came prepared with mats, dolly's, and spare boxes too! In the end the cost was less than the quote so I could tip too! I'm a very happy lady! Hope this review helps boost your business. I'll recommend you to family and friends as well.
