Made right call going with WindowRama. Installers were prompt, professional, considerate, personable and highly competent. Job was completed on time, any mess was quickly cleaned up, and -- even up until this day -- there are absolutely no complaints about work performed. Based on my recent experience, have no problem referring them to others who may be looking into window replacement.

WOW I can't stop looking at my new windows. Sometimes I will just go over and open one and tilt it in and out because it is so easy to do. Before we went with WR we did get a couple other estimates. One was with that outfit that we see on TV all the time. There estimate was ridicules I mean more than twice as much as WR. We did have one issue in that we probably were their first customer that had to delay installation. Let me explain. In early spring a mother Robin had constructed her nest outside on the window sill of one of the windows. My wife was not going to allow anyone to upset that soon to be mother and her 4 babies. So we (she) contacted Paul to explain the situation. He reworked his busy schedule until we were once again empty nesters. Now that's customer service. The installers (Dave and crew) did a great job during the installation process. We are very pleased with the overall process. I think I'll go open up a window ; )

All went smoothly. Every one I had contact with was very courteous and respectful. They had to come out 2x to measure due to my changing my mind about something and it was done quickly and to my schedule. The windows were made very timely and installed the same week that I was called to be told that they had arrived. I believe it was all complete from beginning to end within 6 weeks. They look great and I could not be happier with the whole experience. 7 of my windows were standard and 1 special made the whole job was done and cleaned up in 8 hours time. I would absolutely recommend Windowrama to others.

From the first meeting they were great. Showed up on time. Didn't hard sell us. He just simply explained his product. Paul was super knowledgeable about his industry. The pricing was great as was the quality. You get a straight forward contract not something chocked full of legalese. They don't hit you with surprise charges or hidden fees. The removed all the old windows and had the whole job (14 windows) done in a day and a half. And the second day we didn't even need to be there to let them in since the remain work was all outdoors. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It went really well. I'd highly recommend working with this company. The owner, Andre, is very a knowledgeable professional that clearly cares about his customers and business. The crew he had do the installation were very experienced. They arrived on time (actually a little early), were professional, detailed oriented and nice guys. Andre came and inspected the job when they were done and also walked us through how to use and care for the windows. I know that if anything happens with these windows- from a kids baseball to a simple question- I can call up Andre and they'll work with us.

Paul is very professional and trust-worthy. He explained and demonstrated the quality of his product and answered all questions thoroughly. Paul is very personable and makes himself accessible at all times. He returned every phone call promptly; including after "normal" business hours. Paul is very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process. After he assessed the damage to our house, he determined that (and showed us where) the insurance company missed things. Paul talked to our insurance Claims Assessor directly and got our damage assessment revised to cover the full damage to our home. I have and will continue to recommend Paul and Windowrama windows to anyone I know who needs window service.

Extremely professional company. All members of this company are polite and punctual. I'm happy I chose this company. I did talk with other window companies and get bids on either end of WindowRama windows. WindowRama was picked because there were no hidden costs in the bid, the offered quality windows, and quality work. The house looks great, no mess was left, they disposed of the old windows and no damage was done to any of the window frame structures.

Andre and his crew were great throughout the process of replacing windows in our home. Andre responded quickly to a request for an estimate, and always returned calls or emails in a timely manner. Andre did a clear job of describing both the product and the process of replacing windows. The installation crew was excellent. They were always on time and kept a neat work-space. They not only did an efficient job of installation, but also took care of other problems they encountered on the way around the house such as clearing a clogged downspout and fixing the caulking around a door without asking for an extra charge. I am pleased to give them a strong recommendation.

They were extremely professional and provided much information for making decisions and anticipating extra work due to leakage in foundation. Provided estimate that would be final price and not change after the work. Windows are beautiful and easy to use and clean. The room is much warmer this winter with the new windows.

Andre, the owner and manager, was very professional, honest, straightforward and prompt. His foreman, Jim, was very competent, conscientious and thorough. The job was done very professionally in terms of the quality of workmanship, and the workers were very efficient and courteous. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Replacing 12 windows is a big job, but it was done with such a high degree of professionalism that it was hazzle and worry-free. The windows are very attractive and the workmen sealed them very well, so everything feels very solid. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges. Andre was always up front with the costs and broke them down carefully. We felt that we received good value for the money; considering the quality of the window itself, the quality of the workmanship with the installation, and the consideration we received throughout the transaction.
